John Carson, Assoc. AIA

With almost 30 years’ experience, John has served owners in all capacities including as the design professional, the construction manager and the owner’s representative on development and construction projects.  Holding a significant position in every role on the project team has given John the unique perspective to understand a project from all aspects and be sensitive to project complexities.

His project experience is widely varied ranging from small projects valued at tens of thousands of dollars to very large projects in excess of one hundred million dollars.  Market experience includes industrial, education, commercial, logistics and entertainment industries.  From project inception though project completion, John brings all of this experiences to the table when he represents clients.

John is an out of the box thinker and always finds creative solutions that achieve more construction for the money, complete the project sooner or just make the entire process easier for everyone involved.  John’s work practice is rooted in strong ethical behaviors, a fair process for all and a strong belief in doing it “the right way” to help ensure that his client’s investment in their property is maximized to the fullest extent.
