That research includes, but isn’t limited to, loan file, market data, associated collateral, appraisal and on-site due diligence. After a desirable asset has been identified, prior to purchase, we take an even closer look at each asset to calculate an anticipated plan of action that aggressively monetizes each loan. It’s an approach that’s simple, rigorous and reliable.
